Who is Rosie?

Hello, if we haven't met yet. I’m Rosie. I am incredibly tall, I love my whippet, and I change my hair all the time. 


I’m a Mum, a Certified Coach working with leaders and teams, and I'm an ex-charity leader. I'm a people pleaser in recovery, reformed perfectionist and lover of intention setting. It's such a powerful practice.


I’ve been running Design Your Year since 2020, when it started as a session with a few friends. It has grown into a lovely community of souls who come together every quarter to review and reflect, and cheerlead each other. It's one of my favourite things to host and I'd love you to come and be part of it.
